1、可编程序控制器自动控制。起重机各机构的运行要依靠程序控制装置来实现,现在起重机多使用可程序控制器来控制。

2、自动定位装置控制。起重机的自动定位,一般是根据被控对象的使用环境、精度要求来确定装置的机构形式,自动定位装置通常使用各种检测元件与继电器、接触器或可编程序控制器相互配合,以达到自动定位的目的。

4、大车运行机构的纠偏和电气同步。纠偏分为人为纠偏和自动纠偏,人为纠偏是当纠偏超过一定值后,纠偏信号发生器发出信号,司机断开超前支腿侧的电动机,接通滞后支腿偏的电动机进行调整。自动纠偏是当偏斜超过一定值时,纠偏指令发生器发出指令,系统进行自动纠偏。电气同步是在交流传动中,常用带有均衡电动机的电轴系统来实现电气同步。
